A trilha sonora do filme será composta pela vencedora do Oscar Hildur Guðnadóttir, a primeira mulher a ganhar um Oscar e um BAFTA por uma trilha de filme.
Cate tem dito em entrevistas que o roteiro de Todd Field é uma obra prima.
O filme deve ser exibido em Veneza e será lançado em 7 de outubro de 2022.

Sixteen years after LITTLE CHILDREN and 21 years later IN THE BEDROOM, American filmmaker Todd Field directs his eleventh film.
The film is TÁR, a biopic of Lydia Tár, composer and musician, the first woman to conduct a major German orchestra.
Cate Blanchett leads the cast in the title role.
Mark Strong, Nina Hoss, Julian Glover, Noémi Merlant, Sydney Lemmon, Allan Corduner and Lucy Poll are in the cast.
