A NETFLIX está apresentando uma série original alemã intitulada BASTIDORES DE UMA CONSPIRAÇÃO.
São seis capítulos contando a história de um policial que passa a sofrer de perdas de memória e sai de casa deixando esposa e filha, passando a perambular pelas ruas de Berlim. Ele é atormentado porque foi responsável pela prisão de um imigrante árabe acusado de matar um juiz. O rapaz se matou na prisão.
Paralelamente, uma jovem Promotora de Justiça é encarregada por sua chefe de investigar o referido suicídio. As duas investigações vão se cruzar.
O andarilho Mike Atlas (Max Riemelt) e a Promotora Jule Andergast (a bela atriz Luise von Finckh) são olhados com desprezo por seus pares mas não vão parar até desvendar o que estava por trás dos dois casos.
O ritmo da narrativa germânica, como sempre, é bem mais lento. Mas ganha em densidade da trama e dos personagens.
Gostei bastante de SLEEPING DOG. Recomendo.

There are six chapters telling the story of a policeman who starts to suffer from memory loss and leaves home, leaving his wife and daughter, wandering the streets of Berlin. He is tormented because he was responsible for the arrest of an Arab immigrant accused of killing a judge. The boy killed himself in prison.
At the same time, a young Public Prosecutor is tasked by her boss with investigating the aforementioned suicide. The two investigations will intersect.
The drifter Mike Atlas (Max Riemelt) and the Prosecutor Jule Andergast (the beautiful actress Luise von Finckh) are looked down upon by their peers but they will stop at nothing to unravel what was behind the two cases.
The rhythm of the Germanic narrative, as always, is much slower. But it wins in plot density and deep characters.
I really enjoyed SLEEPING DOG. I recommend.
