RESGATE NO OESTE: Um Western Muito Duro Sente Falta de um Elenco Melhor

Está em cartaz na Amazon Prime Vídeo o western RESGATE NO OESTE (TRADED), dirigido pelo americano Timothy Woodward Jr.

Michael Paré vive o cowboy Clay que viaja pelo Kansas em busca de sua filha Lily(a bela modelo Brittany Elizabeth Wiliams) que fugiu de casa depois de uma tragédia familiar. Vai percorrer os bordéis e encontrar tipos nada republicanos, especialmente no trato com as mulheres.

O filme segue o modelo de busca de uma filha pelo pai. Faltou desenvolvimento de uma história interessante.

O protagonista Paré foi astro de um dos meus filmes favoritos dos anos 80, o excepcional RUAS DE FOGO, de Walter Hill. Aos 65 anos, Michael Paré já atuou em incríveis 227 (!) filmes. Mas continua sendo aquele durão inexpressivo de sua juventude. Faltou sutileza ao ator principal de TRADED.

Gostei de ver, em um papel secundário, o ator Kris Kristoferson. Aos 87 anos, ele faz um personagem que expressa sentimentos próximos do código de honra do western.

TRADED é um filme muito duro.

O Velho Oeste não devia ser nada fácil mesmo.

The western TRADED, directed by the American Timothy Woodward Jr., is showing on Amazon Prime Video.

Michael Paré lives the cowboy Clay who travels through Kansas in search of his daughter Lily (the beautiful model Brittany Elizabeth Williams) who has run away from home after a family tragedy. He will go around the brothels and find types that are not republican, especially in dealing with women.

The film follows the model of a daughter’s search for her father. There was no development of an interesting story.

The protagonist Paré was the star of one of my favorite films of the 80’s, the exceptional STREETS OF FIRE, by Walter Hill. At age 65, Michael has already starred in an incredible 227 (!) movies. But he remains that expressionless tough guy of his youth. The main actor of TRADED lacked subtlety.

I liked to see, in a secondary role, the actor Kris Kristoferson. At the age of 87, he plays a character who expresses sentiments close to the western’s code of honor.

TRADED is a very tough movie.

The Old West wasn’t supposed to be easy at all.
