A HBO MAX estreou FULL CIRCLE, a mais nova investida de Soderbergh no gênero do drama policial.
Aqui um menino rico de Manhattan é sequestrado por uma gang vinda da Guiana, como vingança pelo assassinato de um patriarca de seu grupo.
Ocorre que em realidade, por engano, o rapaz sequestrado era um jovem pobre que estava extorquindo o verdadeiro alvo.
Como somente estão disponíveis dois dos seis capítulos previstos, ainda há uma série de mistérios por desvendar.
O que já dá para cravar é a excelência do elenco: Claire Denis, sempre magnífica, Timothy Olyphant, Dennis Quaid, Ethan Stoddard, CCH Pounder, Jim Gaffigan, Zazie Beets. É muita gente ótima trabalhando para dar credibilidade à história.
Vou ver certo os episódios de FULL CIRCLE.

It turns out that in reality, by mistake, the kidnapped boy was a poor young man who was extorting the real target.
As only two of the six expected chapters are available, there are still a series of mysteries to be unraveled.
What is already noticeable is the excellence of the cast: Claire Denis, always magnificent, Timothy Olyphant, Dennis Quaid, Ethan Stoddard, CCH Pounder, Jim Gaffigan, Zazie Beets. There are a lot of great people working to give credibility to the story.
I’m going to watch the episodes of FULL CIRCLE for sure.
Soderbergh and Danes deserve our full attention and praise.
