Maria Grazia Cucinotta, a atriz italiana que foi Bond Girl em O MUNDO NÃO É O BASTANTE, vive Rosetta, a esposa linda de um alfaiate de uma pequena cidade litorânea. Quando ele morre subitamente, ela e a filha Têm de lutar contra o machismo local para manter o negócio vivo.
A filha é a atriz Marta Gastini. O namorado da filha é o ator Alessio Vassalo.
O enredo é muito bem feito. Tem aquele misto de comédia e drama bem ao melhor estilo Cinecittá. E guarda uma certa ingenuidade própria dos clássicos do País da Bota.
Cucinotta, linda como sempre, é uma espécie de homenagem às grandes Divas do Cinema Italiano.
Gostei de ver LA MOGLIE DEL SARTO.

I saw on Amazon Prime, the film THE TAILOR’S WIFE, directed by the Italian Massimo Scaglione.
Maria Grazia Cucinotta, the Italian actress who was Bond Girl in THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH, lives Rosetta, the beautiful wife of a tailor in a small coastal town. When he suddenly dies, she and her daughter must fight local machismo to keep the business alive.
The daughter is the actress Marta Gastini. The daughter’s boyfriend is actor Alessio Vassalo.
The plot is very well done. It has that mix of comedy and drama in the best Cinecittá style. And it retains a certain ingenuity typical of the classics from Italy.
Cucinotta, beautiful as always, is a kind of tribute to the great Divas of Italian Cinema.
I enjoyed seeing LA MOGLIE DEL SARTO.
