The Bagman is actually a competent professional killer who uses plastic bags to suffocate his victims.

In a short time, a race is created to acquire the paintings signed by THE BAGMAN.

The cast also includes Uma’s daughter Maya Hawke, Debi Mazar and Jeff Doyle.
