Tudo o que li sobre o grande vencedor do último Festival de Cannes faz antever um excelente filme. ANATOMIA DE UMA QUEDA, dirigido pela cineasta Justine Triet arrebatou a todos no festival e vem colecionando críticas rasgadamente elogiosas (e prêmios) por onde é exibido.
Uma escritora alemã (Sandra Huller) é suspeita na morte do marido a partir de uma queda do telhado da casa onde moram. A terceira pessoa presente na cena é o filho cego do casal, Daniel (Milo Machado Granier).
O conflito estabelecido entre as autoridades e a defesa da ré, gerou, no dizer da crítica, um drama de tribunal memorável.
O filme está sendo lançado esta semana em Paris. Deve chegar aqui até o final do ano.
Certamente está entre os melhores títulos de 2023.
Everything I’ve read about the big winner at the last Cannes Film Festival suggests an excellent film. ANATOMY OF A FALL, directed by filmmaker Justine Triet, swept everyone at the festival and has been collecting rave reviews (and awards) wherever it is shown.
A German writer (Sandra Huller) is a suspect in her husband’s death from a fall from the roof of the house where they live. The third person present in the scene is the couple’s blind son, Daniel (Milo Machado Granier).
The conflict established between the authorities and the defense of the defendant, generated, according to the critics, a memorable courtroom drama.
The film is being released this week in Paris. It should arrive here by the end of the year.
It certainly ranks among the best titles of 2023.
