Sempre que posso, me coloco com um admirador rasgado do cinema do mestre Woody Allen. Acho ANNIE HALL, MANHATTAN, MATCH POINT e CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS verdadeiras obras primas. ZELIG é um dos filmes mais inteligentes que já vi.
Por isso fiquei muito feliz com as notícias da “standing ovation” de sete minutos na estréia do filme em Veneza. Os críticos dizem que há anos Allen não fazia um filme tão bom. Será?
A vida de um casal parisiense tem uma reviravolta com infidelidade, e ciúmes que levam a um crime.
A maravilhosa Lou de Laâge, Valérie Lemercier, Melville Poupaud e Niels Schneider compões o elogiado elenco.

Whenever I can, I place myself as a great admirer of the cinema of the master Woody Allen. I think ANNIE HALL, MANHATTAN, MATCH POINT and CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS are true masterpieces. ZELIG is one of the smartest movies I’ve ever seen.
So I was delighted to hear the news of the seven-minute standing ovation at the film’s Venice premiere. Critics say Allen hasn’t made a movie this good in years. Will it be?

The wonderful Lou de Laâge, Valérie Lemercier, Melville Poupaud and Niels Schneider make up the praised cast.
The film is scheduled to be released (at least in France) on September 27, 2023.
