O MISTERIOSO CASO DE STYLES: O Poirot de Suchet às Voltas com Mais um Assassinato Intrincado

Vi ontem um capítulo da série inglesa POIROT, estrelada por David Suchet. Foram 13 temporadas de muito sucesso. Tem todos os episódios no BRITBOX.

Aqui, Poirot é chamado pelo seu velho amigo Hastings (Hugh Fraser) para resolver o caso da morte de uma velha senhora casada com um homem muitos anos mais novo. Toda família imediatamente aponta o dedo para o viúvo.

Até a Scotland Yard, com o inevitável Chief Inspector Japp (Phillip Jackson) está pronta a prender o marido.

Poirot, como sempre, com suas “pequenas células cinzentas” vê além da superfície.

É muito legal ver que as histórias de Agatha Christie quase sempre seguem esse modelo mas funcionam muito bem em entreter o espectador.

“Quem matou?” segue sendo um poderoso imã nos filmes policiais.

Poirot, as always, with his “little gray cells” sees beyond the surface.

It’s really cool to see that Agatha Christie‘s stories almost always follow this model but work very well in entertaining the viewer.

“Whodunnit?” continues to be a powerful magnet in crime films.
