Os serviços de streaming usualmente têm muitos filmes ruins. É inevitável diante da quantidade de títulos novos que são obrigados a colocar mensalmente para “alimentar”o desejo dos assinantes por filmes novos.
A NETFLIX lançou esta semana o filme brasileiro O LADO BOM DE SER TRAÍDA, dirigido por Diego Freitas, baseado em um romance erótico escrito por Débora Gimenez, sob o pseudônimo de Sue Hecker. Dava para desconfiar.
Estrelado por Giovanna Lancelotti (atriz de novelas da TV Globo) e Leandro Lima (ator, cantor e ex-modelo), o filme mostra as confusões em que se mete a contadora Babi depois de descobrir que seu noivo a traía.
Se a trama já era ruim, o roteiro se encarregou de piorá-la com um sub-enredo policial em que um stalker persegue Babi. O roteiro é tão mal feito que lembrei uma crítica antiga que dizia que o vilão entrava em cena com um luminoso dizendo “eu sou o bandido”.
A quantidade de cenas ridículas empata com as cenas de sexo, todas coreografadas fazendo os atores e atrizes se esforçarem para não exibir nus frontais, o que para um filme supostamente ousado soa meio cínico. Há uma cena particularmente ridícula em que objetos em cima de uma mesa de centro tapam o sexo dos atores. Me lembrou uma cena clássica do filme Austin Powers, em que Elizabeth Hurley e Mike Meyers estão nus em cena mas o nu frontal deles é sempre coberto por frutas, vasos e garrafas.
Acho que achei o pior filme da NETFLIX. Pode ser que haja algum pior, mas acho difícil.

NETFLIX released this week the Brazilian film BURNING BETRAYAL (O LADO BOM DE SER TRAÍDA), directed by Diego Freitas, based on an erotic novel written by Débora Gimenez, under the pseudonym Sue Hecker. It was possible to suspect that the movie was very bad.
Starring Giovanna Lancelotti (TV Globo soap opera actress) and Leandro Lima (actor, singer and former model), the film shows the trouble that accountant Babi gets into after discovering that her fiance was cheating on her.
If the plot was already bad, the script made it worse with a police sub-plot in which a stalker chases Babi. The script is so poorly done that I remembered an old review that said that the villain entered in each scene with a light saying “I’m the bad guy”.
The number of ridiculous scenes equals the number of sex scenes, all choreographed making the actors and actresses struggle not to show frontal nudes, which for a supposedly daring film sounds a bit cynical. There is a particularly ridiculous scene in which objects on a coffee table cover the actors’ sex. It reminded me of a classic scene from the movie AUSTIN POWERS MAN OF MISTERY, in which Elizabeth Hurley and Mike Meyers are naked in the scene but their frontal nude is always covered by fruit, vases and bottles.
I think I found the worst movie on NETFLIX. There may be something worse, but I think it’s difficult.
