Estreou ontem na NETFLIX, o filme francês AS LADRAS, novo trabalho de direção e atuação da ótima Melanie Laurent.
Embora tenha apenas 40 anos, Melanie já se firmou no cenário do cinema atual como uma atriz (BASTARDOS INGLÓRIOS e BEGGINERS) e uma diretora (11 filmes) bem acima da média. Sua Shosanna no grande filme de Tarantino é um personagem por todas as razões memorável.
AS LADRAS é um filme de tom leve e aventureiro sobre três mulheres talentosas, especializadas em roubos de joias e obras de arte cuidadosamente planejados e executados. A chefe do bando é Marraine (Isabelle Adjani ótima cheia de caras e bocas), lutando para manter sob seu comando as três heroínas do filme.
As meninas são Carole (Mélanie), Alex (Adele Exarchopoulos) e Sam (Manon Bresch), todas refletindo sobre suas vidas e dispostas a buscar a libertação para vôos solos.
O filme traz para a tela a história em quadrinhos de grande sucesso “LA GRANDE ODALISQUE”, criada pelo trio Jerôme Mulot, Florent Rupert e Bastien Vives.
O cinema francês já foi pródigo em filmes de aventura envolvendo ladrões. Aliás, acho que a herança de Arsene Lupin influenciou muitos filmes sobre roubos e ladrões que tinham no seu charme pessoal o maior talento.
AS LADRAS busca essa herança. É uma história que narra em tom leve e aventuresco a tentativa das três em se libertar.
O visual do filme é muito bonito, explorando locações ótimas no interior da França e Suíça.
Li uma crítica em que o filme é definido como “extremely watchable” (extremamente possível de se ver). É uma ótima definição.

French cinema was once lavish on adventure films involving thieves. In fact, I think that Arsene Lupin‘s heritage influenced many films about robberies and thieves whose greatest talent was his personal charm.
WINGWOMEN seeks this heritage. It is a story that narrates in a light and adventurous tone the attempt of the three to free themselves.
The film’s visuals are very beautiful, exploring great locations in the interior of France and Switzerland.
