O Amazon Prime Video está exibindo dois filmes feitos na Áustria com a dupla de policiais de Salzburg, Franzyska Heilmayr (Stefanie Reinsperger) e Martin Merana (Manuel Rubey).
No primeiro filme THE DRAGON MAIDEN, a dupla investiga a morte de uma jovem em uma cachoeira.
No segundo filme, EM ÁGUAS AGITADAS, os dois detetives se encontram para investigar o assassinato de uma prostituta em um hotel de luxo.
As narrativas são bem duras, como se poderia esperar do cinema austríaco. Poucos diálogos ou cenas têm algum molho.
Mas as tramas são bem escritas e as atuações dos atores bem convincentes. Temas interessantes como a inclusão social são muito bem enfocados na trama.
Já vi que fizeram um terceiro filme com a dupla: Das Flammenmädchen (2021).
Gostei tanto dos dois primeiros que vou atrás deste terceiro.
São filmes policiais diferentes e interessantes.
Amazon Prime Video is showing two films made in Austria featuring Salzburg police duo Franzyska Heilmayr (Stefanie Reinsperger) and Martin Merana (Manuel Rubey).
In the first film, THE DRAGON MAIDEN, the duo investigates the death of a young girl in a waterfall.
In the second film, IN ROUGH WATERS, the two detectives meet to investigate the murder of a prostitute in a luxury hotel.
The narratives are quite harsh, as one might expect from Austrian cinema. Few dialogues or scenes have any sauce.
But the plots are well written and the actors’ performances are very convincing. Interesting themes such as social inclusion are very well focused on in the plot.
I already saw that they made a third film with the duo: Das Flammenmädchen (2021).
I liked the first two so much that I’m going to look for this third one.
They are different and interesting police films.
