Finalmente ontem vi OPPENHEIMER, o merecidamente incensado filme de Christopher Nolan sobre Robert Oppenheimer, o pai da bomba atômica.
O filme merece todos os elogios. Achei a estruturação da narrativa (alternando os fatos do trabalho em busca da Bomba H com o processo de perseguição que o cientista sofreu de parte de alguns governistas radicais) uma ideia excelente.
Também gostei muito das inúmeras cenas em que a fotografia explode lugares e pessoas quando Oppenheimer está “vendo” como seria uma explosão nuclear.
O elenco, é claro, é impressionante.
Cilian Murphy faz seu melhor trabalho. Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pugh, Matt Damond, Jason Clarke, Alden Ehrenreich, James Darcy, Kenneth Branagh, David Krumholtz, Scott Grimes e muitos outros qualificam muito cada cena. Gostei particularmente de ver Tom Conti, um ator de quem gosto muito, vivendo Albert Einstein.
Entre tantas cenas impactantes, a comentada cena de sexo de Oppenheimer com sua amante Jean Tatlock mostra a ousadia e o talento conhecidos de Nolan.
Ë mesmo mais um grande filme de um cineasta diferenciado.
Finally yesterday I saw OPPENHEIMER, Christopher Nolan‘s deservedly praised film about Robert Oppenheimer, the father of the atomic bomb.
The film deserves all the praise. I found the structuring of the narrative (alternating the facts of the work in search of the H Bomb with the process of persecution that the scientist suffered from some radical government supporters) an excellent idea.
I also really liked the numerous scenes where the photography explodes places and people when Oppenheimer is “seeing” what a nuclear explosion would look like.
The cast, of course, is impressive.
Cilian Murphy does his best work. Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pugh, Matt Damon, Jason Clarke, Alden Ehrenreich, James Darcy, Kenneth Branagh, Josh Barnett, Matthew Modine, David Krumholtz, Scott Grimes and many others greatly qualify each scene. I particularly enjoyed seeing Tom Conti, an actor I really like, playing Albert Einstein.
Among so many impactful scenes, Oppenheimer’s much-discussed sex scene with his lover Jean Tatlock shows Nolan’s known boldness and talent.
It really is another great film from a distinguished filmmaker.
