Para acompanhar Vail, o chefe da CIA, O’Malley (Tim Blake Nelson) escolhe uma jovem e brilhante analista, a inexperiente Kate Bannon (Nina Dobrev insossa).
O vilão é Victor Radek (Clifton Collins Jr.), um ex- parceiro de Vail.
Tudo é muito sem pé nem cabeça. há intermináveis perseguições, tiroteios e explosões. A grande sacada do filme é que Vail é mestre em matar com seus artigos de pedreiro.

Everything is very pointless. there are endless chases, shootouts and explosions. The great thing about the film is that Vail is a master at killing with his masonry items.
