Curiosamente, li que a maioria das cenas – em paisagens deslumbrantes – foi filmada na Croácia.
O elenco tem Natascha McElhone como Bella Einsworth a comandante de uma estrutura suntuosa com dificuldades de caixa.
Pelo primeiro capítulo, a trama vai investir em intrigas de alcova, personagens problemáticos e até em um possível crime para apimentar a trama.
Quando o melhor de um filme é seu visual, normalmente o roteiro tem problemas.
Não tenho essa conclusão ao final do primeiro capítulos.
Mas as paisagens mostradas neste episódio, me seguraram até o final dele.
É provável que eu volta a ver HOTEL PORTOFINO. merece uma segunda chance, apesar do ar de novela das seis.

It seems, according to the first episode, that the plot will invest in bedroom intrigues, problematic characters and even a possible crime to spice up the plot.
When the best thing about a film is its visuals, the script usually has problems.
I don’t have this conclusion at the end of the first episode.
But the landscapes shown in this episode kept me going until the end.
I will probably watch HOTEL PORTOFINO again. It deserves a second chance, despite the six o’clock soap opera feel.
