Aliás, uma das melhores histórias de sua carreira seria que a história do sobrinho ator de cinema que pede a Dom Vito Corleone um favor, em GODFATHER – originando a antológica cena da cabeça de cavalo – seria baseada na difícil relação entre Frank Sinatra e Fred Zinemann às véspera do clássico A UM PASSO DA ETERNIDADE.
