Fui olhar o primeiro capítulo da série portuguesa O CLUBE, em cartaz na Globoplay. Parece ter sido um grande sucesso nas terras lusitanas, tanto que já está na terceira temporada.
Aqui no Brasil, o chamariz é a presença da atriz Luana Piovani, no papel da prostituta Michelle Faria.
Tráfico de poder, drogas, prostituição, corrupção policial, crimes, vício, tudo misturado de forma tumultuária e sem sentido em um roteiro para lá de mal escrito.
As cenas são tão ruins que provocam risos no espectador, tamanha a superficialidade das abordagens.
O próprio erotismo que seria uma das atrações da série é, na realidade, um moralismo mal disfarçado.

I went to look at the first chapter of the Portuguese series THE GOOD GIRLS CLUB, on Globoplay. It seems to have been a great success in Lusitanian lands, so much so that it’s already in its third season.
Here in Brazil, the attraction is the presence of actress Luana Piovani, in the role of prostitute Michelle Faria.
Power trafficking, drugs, prostitution, police corruption, crimes, addiction, all mixed up in a tumultuous and meaningless way in a script that is beyond badly written.
The scenes are so bad that they make the viewer laugh, such is the superficiality of the approaches.
The very eroticism that would be one of the attractions of the series is, in reality, a thinly disguised moralism.
I will not be returning to this THE CLUB.
