INDEPENDENCE DAY, de Roland Emmerich (1996). Alienígenas atacam a Terra e somente a união dos povos poderá derrotá-los. O discurso do Presidente Bill Pullman – em cima de um caminhão – virou uma cena clássica.
HAMILTON, de Thomas Kail (2020). O musical espetacular de Lin Manuel Miranda é um show maravilhoso que deixa muitas reflexões sobre a política americana.
FORREST GUMP, de Robert Zemeckis (1974). O incrível filme estrelado por Tom Hanks e Robin Wright tem um retrato da história recente dos EUA, narrado brilhantemente.
TUBARÃO, de Steven Spielberg (1975). Quem não lembra o estrago que Bruce (o tubarão branco gigante) fez na praia de Amity, no feriado de 4 de julho. Um filme imperdível.

INDEPENDENCE DAY, by Roland Emmerich (1996). Aliens attack the Earth and only the union of peoples will be able to defeat them. President Bill Pullman‘s speech – on top of a truck – has become a classic scene.
HAMILTON, by Thomas Kail (2020). Lin Manuel Miranda‘s spectacular musical is a wonderful show that leaves many reflections on American politics.
FORREST GUMP, by Robert Zemeckis (1974). The incredible film starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright has a brilliantly narrated portrait of recent US history.
JAWS, by Steven Spielberg (1975). Who doesn’t remember the damage that Bruce (the giant white shark) did on Amity beach, on the 4th of July holiday? A masterpiece.
