Curiosamente, depois de receber o e-mail com a programação semanal do Clube de Cinema de Porto alegre, anunciando para o próximo domingo a exibição do filme francês A ACUSAÇÃO, que o ótimo cineasta Yvan Attal (MY WIFE IS AN ACTRESS) dirigiu a partir do romance de Karine Tuil, intitulado “LES CHOSES HUMAINES”, deparei com o filme no NOW.
Mãos à obra.
Gostei muito do filme.
Um jovem francês que estuda em Stanford, volta à Paris para acompanhar uma homenagem que seu pai, um conhecido radialista vai receber do Governo. Em sua curta estada, sai uma noite com a filha de seu padrasto para irem a uma festa.
Na manhã seguinte, o jovem é preso, acusado de estupro pela menina.
A trama tem uma construção brilhante. O acontecido arrasou a vida de todos os envolvidos: a moça seguiu traumatizada pela vida, o rapaz foi preso e perdeu seus estudos nos EUA, a mãe se separou e o pai fica tentando defender a qualquer custo o filho acusado.
Attal foi muito feliz na forma de fazer sua narrativa.
Cada personagem tem sua verdade, mas qual é a realidade é quase irrelevante. Nestes tempos de mundo hiper conectado, as narrativas e versões ganham corpo de verdade, não importa o quanto tenham de verdadeiro.
O drama intenso da primeira parte do filme cede lugar a um drama de tribunal exemplar.
É impossível descolar os olhos da tela. Tudo é maravilhosamente encenado e dirigido.
Destaque para o elenco com Ben Attal (ótimo como o acusado Alexandre Farel), filho do diretor Yvan e da atriz Charlotte Gainsbourg (outra vez excelente como a mãe do réu). Suzanne Jouanet (a vítima), Mathieu Kassovitz (o padrasto), Pierre Arditi e Audrey Dana fazem um cast bem acima da média.
THE ACCUSATION é um belo filme francês sobre a verdade de cada um.

I really liked the movie.
A young Frenchman who studies in Stanford, returns to Paris to be in a tribute that his father, a well -known broadcaster will receive from the government. In his short stay, one night he dates the stepfather’s daughter in a party.
The next morning, the young man is arrested, accused of rape by the girl.
The plot has a bright construction. The event rocked the lives of all involved: the girl continued to be traumatized by life, the boy was arrested and lost his studies in the US, the mother separated and the father is trying to defend the accused son at any cost.
Attal was very happy in the way of making his narrative.
Each character has his truth, but what is the reality is almost irrelevant. In these times of hyper -connected world, narratives and versions gain real body, no matter how true they have.
The intense drama of the first part of the movie gives way to an exemplary courtroom drama.
It is impossible to peel the eyes of the screen. Everything is wonderfully staged and directed.
Highlight for the cast with Ben Attal (great as accused Alexandre Farel), son of director Yvan and actress Charlotte Gainsbourg (again excellent as the defendant’s mother). Suzanne Jouanet (The Victim), Mathieu Kassovitz (the stepfather), Pierre Arditi and Audrey Dana make a cast well above average.
The accusation is a beautiful French movie about the truth of each one.
