Quando o Detetive Gamache resolve investigar o assunto, toma uma punição de sua chefia que o envia à distante comunidade de Three Pines, na Província de Quebéc.
Além de uma paisagem tão linda quanto gelada, Gamache vai se deparar com crimes meio fora de contexto para uma cidade tão pequena.
Além do talentoso Molina, a série traz no elenco Rossif Sutherland (irmão de Kiefer), Elle Maija-Tailfeathers, Sarah Booth e Anna Tierney.
Além da história principal do desaparecimento das mulheres locais, a série, a cada dois capítulos tem um caso novo para a Polícia investigar. Estou achando os crimes e as soluções bem criativas.
O Detetive Gamache lembra, em muitas cenas, o Columbo de Peter Falk. Mas qual grande detetive não guarda ao menos uma semelhança com o personagem imortal do Tenente Columbo?

When Detective Gamache decides to investigate the matter, he takes a punishment from his boss who sends him to the distant community of Three Pines, in the Province of Quebec.
