Há dois personagens interpretados pela artista nascida no Tennessee, Tina Turner que marcaram minha memória afetiva cinematográfica.
Em 1975, saí do Cine Imperial, no centro de Porto Alegre, completamente hipnotizado pela ópera rock TOMMY, dirigida pelo inglês Ken Russell. Até hoje, a trilha sonora do THE WHO, habita minha cabeça como uma das melhores de todos os tempos. Pois entre as lisérgicas imagens de Russell, a Acid Queen de Tina Turner tinha e tem um lugar muito especial. Aquela mulher era fascinante, perigos e sensual. Nunca deixou minha cabeça.
Em 1985, fui ao cinema Cacique ver o filme de retomada da franquia MAD MAX. Mel Gibson já fazia muito sucesso como o policial australiano que buscava sobreviver num mundo caótico e violento. MAD MAX E A CÚPULA DO TROVÃO, de George Miller prometia levar o espectador muito além. Para isso contava com a personagem de Aunt Entity, uma espécie de chefe e sacerdotisa de um grupo de malucos assassinos que viviam em torno das disputas da incrível Cúpula do Trovão, onde dois entravam e apenas um saía. Tina Turner ressurgia gloriosa, com um traje incrível e quando sua voz rasgava o cinema com WE DON’T NEED ANOTHER HERO, duvido que alguém não se emocionasse.
Ontem Tina Turner morreu, aos 83 anos.
Tina Turner, a Acid Queen e a Aunt Entity são eternas em minha paixão pelo cinema.
Conquistaram esse lugar para sempre.

Tina Turner reappeared gloriously, with an incredible costume and when her voice tore through the cinema with WE DON’T NEED ANOTHER HERO, I doubt anyone wouldn’t be moved.
Yesterday Tina Turner died at the age of 83.
Tina Turner, the Acid Queen and the Aunt Entity are eternal in my passion for cinema.
They conquered this place forever.
