John Kasar, um dos Produtores de 24, dirigiu vários episódios da serie e volta a dirigir Kiefer Sutherland no western FORSAKEN (2015), aqui intitulado O RETORNO DE JOHN HENRY CLAYTON.
O filho de um Pastor volta para a cidade onde moram seus pais, depois de dez anos, em um cenário onde se misturam vários temas conhecidos dos westerns clássicos: um pistoleiro solitário em busca de abandonar esta vida, o vilão rico forcando os fazendeiros a lhe venderem as terras a preço vil, a ex-namorada que o mocinho deixou para trás, o pistoleiro mercenário a soldo do vilão com quem o duelo final será inevitável.
O elenco excepcional de FORSAKEN garante a excelência do filme: Donald Sutherland, Demi Moore, Brian Cox, Michael Wincott, alem do próprio Kiefer defendem seus personagens em alto nível.

The son of a shepherd come back to the city where live his parents, after ten years, in a scenario where they mix various topics known of the classic westerns: a lone gunman seeking to leave this life, the rich villain forcing farmers to him sell land for a small price, the ex-girlfriend who the good guy left behind, the gunslinger mercenary villain who pay the final duel is inevitable.
The exceptional cast of Forsaken ensures the excellence of the film: Donald Sutherland, Demi Moore, Brian Cox, Michael Wincott, besides Kiefer, all defend their own characters at a high level.
A film that is seen easily and with taste.
