Já se sabe que o primeiro filme de um super-herói normalmente fica chato porque perde um tempo enorme contando a história de como o sujeito se tornou o tal herói. Foi assim em todos os filmes e não seria diferente em DOUTOR ESTRANHO.
A outra critica que se faz com razão aos filmes de super-heróis é que os efeitos especiais estão tão perfeitos que eles usam demais no filme. Também acontece em DOUTOR ESTRANHO.
Dito isto, vamos para os pontos positivos. Benedith Cumberbatch e Tilda Swinton são demais. Dois excepcionais atores juntos num filme de super-herói da Marvel ficou um luxo!
Segundo: Apesar da dramaticidade da história, como sabem manter os toques de humor nos momentos exatos para quebrar a narrativa. E como isto funciona maravilhosamente bem.
Terceiro: o uso do 3D (cada vez mais em desuso) aqui me pareceu bem a serviço da narrativa e bem encaixado nas cenas completamente lisérgicas das dimensões paralelas.
Em resumo: acho que DOUTOR ESTRANHO passou com louvor no primeiro teste e deixou a gente ansioso pela sua volta as telas. Principalmente depois das duas ótimas cenas pôs-creditos.
It is known that the first movie of a superhero is usually boring because they lose a lot of time telling the story of how the subject became such a hero. It is in all the films and would not be different in DOCTOR STRANGE.
The other criticism that everybody makes with reason to superhero films is that the special effects are so perfect that they use too much in the film. It also happens in DOCTOR STRANGE.
That said, let’s get to the positive notes. Benedith Cumberbatch and Tilda Swinton are too wonderful actors. Two exceptional actors together in a Marvel superhero movie was a luxury!
Second: Despite the drama of the story, they know how keep the touches of humor in the exact moments to break the narrative. And how this works wonderfully well.
Third, the use of 3D (increasingly in disuse) here seemed well in the service of narrative and well embedded in completely lysergic scenes of parallel dimensions.
In short: I think DOCTOR STRANGE passed with flying colors in the first test and left us eager for his return to screens. Especially after the two great scenes after credits.
