Aqui Martinez vive um misterioso personagem Jara que procura um escritório de arquitetura para exigir reparação por uma rachadura que apareceu em seu apartamento em face de uma obra comandada pelos arquitetos e engenheiros ao lado de seu prédio.
O tom ameaçador do vizinho insatisfeito faz com que os três membros do escritório vejam seu pleito bem negativamente. Os três são o premiado ator espanhol Santiago Segura (HELLBOY e CÍRCULO DE FOGO), a musa argentina Solledad Villamil (de O SEGREDO DOS SEUS OLHOS) e o ascendente astro portenho Joaquin Furriel, visto em FAROL DAS ORCAS e EL ARBÓL DE SANGRE.
