Fui rever ontem NÃO DIGA A NINGUÉM, um thriller francês de 2006, dirigido pelo ótimo cineasta francês Guillaume Canet. Acho que de todas as adaptações para as telas dos livros do escritor americano Harlan Coben, este ainda é o melhor filme.
Em NE LE DIS À PERSONE, um médico está desfrutando da paradisíaca paisagem de um bucólico lago próximo a Paris, quando ela é assassinada brutalmente e ele agredido com um bastão que o coloca em coma por três dias. Reconhecido o corpo pelo Pai, a mulher é cremada sob a tristeza generalizada de seu grupo de parentes e amigos. Oito anos depois, o viúvo começa a receber mensagens anônimas e fotografias apócrifas que indicam que sua mulher está viva. Enlouquecido pela possibilidade, disposto a ir às últimas consequências para descobrir a verdade ele é obrigado a revisitar os fatos de oito anos atrás, o que coloca a Polícia em seu encalço como possível criminoso.
A trama de Coben, como quase todas é de uma riqueza e complexidades únicos. Quando a gente acha que um rumo vai ser tomado, a descoberta de um fato leva a história exatamente para o outro lado, graças à maestria do autor, um dos melhores da atualidade.
O elenco de TELL NO ONE é soberbo: François Cluzet (ótimo) faz o Dr. Alexandre Beck, assombrado pelos fatos ocorridos no lago; Marie-Josée Croze (MUNICH e INVASÕES BÁRBARAS) é Margot, a esposa morta (ou não?); Kristin Scott Thomas, sempre maravilhosa é Helène Perkins; e ainda tem Jean Rochefort, André Dussolier, Nathalie Baye e o próprio diretor Canet.
Exemplar rico do policial francês moderno, TELL NO ONE é um thriller que vale muito a pena ser visto ou revisto.É daqueles filmes que fica melhor a cada vez que é revisitado.
I went to review yesterday TELL NO ONE, a French thriller from 2006, directed by the great French filmmaker Guillaume Canet. I think that of all the screen adaptations of the American writer Harlan Coben‘s books, this is still the best film.
In NE LE DIS À PERSONE, a doctor is enjoying the paradisiacal landscape of a bucolic lake near Paris, with his wife, when she is brutally murdered and he is beaten with a stick that puts him in a coma for three days. Once the body is recognized by the Father, the woman is cremated under the general sadness of her group of relatives and friends. Eight years later, the widower begins to receive anonymous messages and apocryphal photographs indicating that his wife is alive. Maddened by the possibility, willing to go to the last consequences to discover the truth, he is obliged to revisit the facts of eight years ago, which puts the Police in his pursuit as a possible criminal.
Coben’s plot, like almost all, is of a unique richness and complexities. When we think that a course is going to be taken, the discovery of a fact takes the story exactly the other way, thanks to the mastery of the author, one of the best today.
The cast of TELL NO ONE is superb: François Cluzet (great) plays Dr. Alexandre Beck, haunted by the events that took place at the lake; Marie-Josée Croze (MUNICH and BARBARIAN INVASIONS) is Margot, the dead wife (or not?); Kristin Scott Thomas, always wonderful is Helène Perkins; and still has Jean Rochefort, André Dussolier, Nathalie Baye and director Canet himself.
Rich example of the modern French thriller, TELL NO ONE is a film that is very worth watching or reviewing. It is one of those films that gets better each time it is revisited.
