Embora já tenha feito 64 filmes até hoje, foi em sua estreia, em 1986, que ela se eternizou como BETTY BLUE,a protagonista do filme de Jean-Jacques Beineix, um dos personagens femininos daquela década.
A mitologia em torno de (37o.2 LE MATIN no original) BETTY BLUE envolve uma suposta cena real de sexo que abre o filme, uma versão do diretor com mais de três horas de filme lançada em DVD anos depois e a sempre enigmática modelo Beatrice Dalle, uma beleza diferente na fala de Beineix.

The mythology around (37o.2 LE MATIN in the original) BETTY BLUE involves a supposed real sex scene that opens the film, a version of the director with more than three hours of film released on DVD years later and forever enigmatic model Beatrice Dalle, “a different beauty” in Beineix’s speech.
