Há muitos anos atrás quando tivemos a aventura de fazer uma revista de cinema em Porto Alegre pelo Clube de Cinema (a MOVIOLA teve 8 números na década de 80) lembro de termos escrito uma carta para o Danish Film Institute, pedindo material sobre novos filmes dinamarqueses. Meses depois, recebemos um material caprichado e rico, com catálogos, press books, fotografias e informações sobre filmes, diretores e atores daqueles país.
Ontem fui ver DICTE, uma série dinamarquesa (no app MHZ CHOICE) sobre uma repórter investigativa veterana que volta à Dinamarca e estabelece uma curiosa relação de trabalho com um Detetive da Polícia de Copenhagen, a princípio meio desconfiado e querendo distância da imprensa.
Como DICTE consegue muitas informações valiosas sobre os crimes e os criminosos, o Policial John Wagner cria uma parceria com ela, fornecendo alguns dados dos crimes para ela, em troca de informações preciosas para resolver os enigmas criados pelos vilões.
Dicte Svendsen é vivida pela competente atriz dinamarquesa Iben Hjejle, que trabalhou em ALTA FIDELIDADE de Stephen Frears e na série UM ATO DE LIBERDADE, com Daniel Criag. A Dicte que ela cria é uma mulher sofrida (tem um trauma do passado que lhe dá uma missão na vida), inteligente, jornalista competentes, determinada e sem medo de ir atrás da verdade.
O Detetive Wagner, criação do ator Lars Brigman trabalhou em REMBRANDT e faz um policial introvertido, desconfiado mas extremamente sagaz e corajoso.
Uma dupla diferente. DICTE propõe a recriar as histórias policiais de duplas tão comuns no cinema e televisão. Um elemento chave são os temas escolhidos para as histórias. Tráfico de bebês é um deles. Tão pesado quanto atual.
Vi apenas o primeiro capítulo dos 30 disponíveis em três temporadas. Ainda tenho muito a conhecer de DICTE.

Months later, we received neat and rich material, with catalogues, press books, photographs and information about films, directors and actors from that country.
Yesterday I went to see DICTE, a Danish series (on the MHZ CHOICE app) about a veteran investigative reporter who returns to Denmark and establishes a curious working relationship with a Copenhagen Police Detective, at first somewhat suspicious and wanting distance from the press .
As DICTE gathers a lot of valuable information about crimes and criminals, Officer John Wagner partners with her, providing her some crime data in exchange for precious information to solve the puzzles created by the villains.
Dicte Svendsen is played by the competent Danish actress Iben Hjejle, who worked in Stephen Frears‘ HIGH FIDELITY and in the series DEFIANCE, with Daniel Criag. The Dicte she creates is a suffering woman (she has a trauma from the past that gives her a mission in life), intelligent, competent journalist, determined and unafraid to go after the truth.
Detective Wagner, created by actor Lars Brigman(worked in REMBRANDT) and plays an introverted, suspicious but extremely shrewd and courageous cop.
A different pair. DICTE proposes to recreate the police stories of pairs so common in cinema and television. A key element is the themes chosen for the stories. Baby trafficking is one of them. As heavy as it is current.
I only saw the first chapter of the 30 available in three seasons. I still have a lot to know about DICTE.
