A trama mostra uma equipe de negociadores de alto nível que são chamados para resolver intricadas situações de reféns, pedidos de resgates e misteriosos raptos.
Luke Roberts, Brandon Jay McLaren, a indiana Nazneen Contractor e a conhecida Sarah Greene (BURNT e PENNY DREADFUL) fazem o elenco.
As histórias (vi três capítulos) sempre têm um twist ligado a algum dado que o cliente omitiu aos negociadores.
Mas a série padece do problema de ter que chegar à solução do caso dentro dos cinquenta e poucos minutos que cada episódio dura.
Sempre passa a sensação de que o final foi apressado.

It always feels like the ending was rushed.
