A NETFLIX lançou hoje o segundo filme de longa metragem com a personagem Enola Holmes, a irmã mais nova do Detetive imortal criado por Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sherlock Holmes. Enola aparece em uma série de livros escritos por Nancy Springer.
O primeiro filme já tinha sido muito divertido, sobretudo para os fãs de Sherlock Holmes, já que as aventuras de Enola revisitam – de forma bem humorada – as coisas icônicas de Holmes.
Uma atração maior dos filmes é a atriz Millie Bobby Brown, uma inglesinha de 18 anos que tinha explodido para o mundo do entretenimento em STRANGER THINGS. Millie, com certeza, estará nos próximos anos, ganhando importantes prêmios como atriz. É ótima.
Aliás, o elenco de Enola Holmes 2 volta a ser destaque: Henry Cavill, como Holmes e Helena Bonham Carter, como Eudoria, a mãe dos Holmes se sobressaem. Mas tem David Thewlis, Abbie Hern, David Westhead, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Himesh Patel, Hannah Dodd e muitos outros. Elenco britânico é um luxo.
Desta vez, Enola tem um caso para chamar de seu: o desaparecimento de uma moça que trabalha em uma fábrica de fósforos em um bairro pobre de Londres.
