O longa metragem italiano SECURITY, ora em cartaz na NETFLIX, é um filme dirigido pelo inglês Peter Chelsom, em 2021.
O filme narra um caso de violência sexual contra uma jovem na pacata e paradisíaca localidade de Forte dei Marmi, na Toscana. O lugar é realmente belíssimo, daqueles que as locações já valem o filme.
A trama mostra um especialista em segurança, Roberto Santini (Marco D’Amore) que se envolve na investigação de um estupro de uma jovem certa noite na parte mais rica da localidade. A polícia local parece ver o caso burocraticamente, em face da menina ser filha de um homem acusado de pedofilia em rumores caso, anos atrás.
Para complicar, a esposa de Santini é candidata à Prefeitura local, aliada a um milionário que tem fobia em tocar nas pessoas. E a filha adolescente do casal está envolvida amorosamente com um professor anos mais velho.
É um cardápio explosivo.
O elenco tem belas mulheres, como Maya Sansa, Valeira Billelo, Beatrice Grannò e Ludovica Martino.
O filme usa e abusa de imagens das câmeras de segurança da empresa de Santini. Muito do caso vai se resolver pelas imagens ali contidas.
Achei que a trama podia ter tido tratamento mais criativo. Mas para uma hora e cinquenta e oito minutos consegue segurar o espectador.
Em meio a centenas de filmes veiculados no streaming, é um filme padrão.

The film narrates a case of sexual violence against a young woman in the peaceful and paradisiacal town of Forte dei Marmi, in Tuscany. The place is really beautiful, one of those that the locations are already worth the movie.
The plot shows a security specialist, Roberto Santini (Marco D’Amore) who gets involved in the investigation of a rape of a young girl one night in the richest part of the town. The local police seem to see the case bureaucratically, given that the girl is the daughter of a man accused of pedophilia in a rumored case years ago.
To complicate matters, Santini’s wife is a candidate for the local mayoralty, allied with a millionaire who has a phobia of touching people. And the couple’s teenage daughter is lovingly involved with a teacher years older.
It is an explosive menu.
The cast has beautiful women, such as Maya Sansa, Valeira Billelo, Beatrice Grannò and Ludovica Martino.
The film uses and abuses footage from security cameras at Santini’s company. Much of the case will be resolved by the images contained therein.
I thought the plot could have been handled more creatively. But for an hour and fifty-eight minutes it manages to hold the viewer.
Amid hundreds of movies on streaming, it’s a standard movie.
