Estreou nesta semana a série da MARVEL no Disney+, intitulada MS. MARVEL. Esta primeira temporada terá seis capítulos. Apenas o primeiro já foi disponibilizado.
Kamala Khan (a divertida Iman Vellani) é uma menina adolescente, criada pela família americana-paquistanesa, em New Jersey, e que cresceu adorando os filmes dos AVENGERS. Ela é particularmente fascinada por Carol Danvers, a Capitã Marvel.
Certa noite ela e seu melhor amigo Bruno Carrelli (Matt Lintz, irmão de Madison Lintz, a filha de BOSCH na série da amazon) resolvem ir a uma festa de celebração dos heróis AVENGERS AVENGERCOM), onde haverá um concurso da melhor personificação de uma heroína. Vestida de Capitã Marcel, Kamala coloca um bracelete antigo de sua família.
Na hora do concurso, sem ela saber, o bracelete lhe dá super poderes e ela vira a atração da festa.
MS. MARVEL é uma série teen. Todos os seus temas e abordagens, até agora pelo menos, se destinam a adolescentes. Mas é inegável que tem a grife e a produção da MARVEL. Tudo é muito bem feito.
Até os momentos de humor – típicos dos filmes da MARVEL – são ótimos.
Este primeiro capítulo teve direito até, à cena pós-créditos, outra marca registrada da MARVEL.
É certo que vou voltar a ver MS. MARVEL. Eles sabem muito bem como nos atrair.

Kamala Khan (the fun-loving Iman Vellani) is a teenage girl, raised by an American-Pakistani family in New Jersey, who grew up loving AVENGERS movies. She is particularly fascinated by Carol Danvers, Captain Marvel.
One night she and her best friend Bruno Carrelli (Matt Lintz, brother of Madison Lintz, BOSCH‘s daughter in the Amazon series) decide to go to a party celebrating the AVENGERS heroes, where there will be a contest for the best impersonation of a heroin. Dressed as Captain Marvel, Kamala dons an old family bracelet.
At the time of the contest, unbeknownst to her, the bracelet gives her super powers and she becomes the attraction of the party.
MS. MARVEL is a teen series. All of its themes and approaches, so far at least, are aimed at teenagers. But it is undeniable that it has the brand and the production of MARVEL. Everything is very well done.
Even the humorous moments – typical of MARVEL movies – are great.
This first chapter even had the right to the post-credits scene, another MARVEL trademark.
I’m sure I’ll see MS MARVEL again. They know very well how to attract us.
