A NETFLIX está mostrando o filme argentino TEMPO DE VALENTES, uma comédia policial dirigida por Damián Szifron, estrelda pelo excelente Diego Peretti e por Luis Luque.
Peretti faz um psiquiatra que é condenado a prestar serviços comunitários em face de um acidente de trânsito em que se envolveu. O trabalho nesta caso é dar suporte terapêutico a Alfredo Diaz, um policial corpulento e violento traumatizado pela traição da esposa.
Para complicar o quadro, Diaz, recém voltando de licença é designado para investigar um duplo homicídio na periferia de Buenos Aires, relacionado com um grupo terrorista com infiltrações em esferas policiais.
O filme lembra MÁQUINA MORTÍFERA em muitas cenas, PULP FICTION em outras e consegue divertir muito ao espectador.
Há cenas realmente muito engraçadas, como o convite que o psiquiatra Mariano faz ao traumatizado Alfredo para ir à sua casa jantar com a esposa Diana (Gabriela Izkovich, fabulosa).
O filme de Szifron se sai muito bem em satirizar os clichês de filmes e séries policiais, sempre com um humor muito bem feito.
TIEMPO DE VALIENTES não deve aparecer em listas de melhores filmes argentinos, até porque a cinematografia dos hermanos está cada vez melhor.
Mas que cumpre com louvor a proposta de divertir quem o assiste, isso cumpre.
NETFLIX is showing the Argentine film ON PROBATION (TIEMPO DE VALIENTES), a crime comedy directed by Damián Szifron, starring the excellent Diego Peretti and Luis Luque.
Peretti plays a psychiatrist who is sentenced to community service due to a traffic accident he was involved in.
The job in this case is to give therapeutic support to Alfredo Diaz, a corpulent and violent policeman traumatized by his wife’s betrayal.
To complicate the picture, Diaz, just back from leave, is assigned to investigate a double homicide on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, related to a terrorist group that infiltrates police spheres.
The film is reminiscent of LETHAL WEAPON in many scenes, PULP FICTION in others and manages to amuse the viewer a lot.
There are really funny scenes, like the invitation that the psychiatrist Mariano makes to the traumatized Alfredo to go to his house for dinner with his wife Diana (Gabriela Izkovich, fabulous).
Szifron’s film does very well in satirizing the clichés of police films and series, always with a very well done humor.
TIEMPO DE VALIENTES should not appear on lists of the best Argentine films, not least because the cinematography of the hermanos is getting better film by film.
But it fulfills with praise the proposal to amuse those who watch it, it does.
